What materials do you use for custom gates?
We build custom gates in wrought iron, aluminum and steel, with optional wood or composite accents. For coastal properties we usually recommend powder-coated aluminum because it doesn't rust.
Do you fabricate the gates yourselves?
Yes. Every custom gate is designed, cut, welded and finished in our own shop, which gives us full control over quality, fit and timeline.
Can I send you a photo or design I like?
Absolutely. Send us photos, sketches or inspiration images and your opening measurements, and we'll prepare a design and a free quote.
Can a custom gate be automated?
Yes. We design the gate around the operator it will use — slide or swing — and add safety sensors, battery backup and access control such as remotes, keypads, intercoms or smartphone control.
Do you handle permits for new gates?
Yes. Many South Florida cities require permits for new gates, and Miami-Dade and Broward follow High-Velocity Hurricane Zone requirements. We check the rules for your city and handle permitting when it's required.
